Internal transaction of OrganoClicks shares in the Beijer-sphere

OrganoClicks head owner, the Beijer-sphere today made an internal transaction of OrganoClick shares between the two group companies Beijerinvest AB and Argentus AB. In the transaction, Beijerinvest AB sold all its 7.000.000 OrganoClick shares to the group company Argentus AB and does thus not affect the number of shares that the Beijer-sphere owns. The transaction is made due to a new internal structure in the Beijer sphere where different group companies will focus on different holdings.
