OrganoClick gets support from Vinnova for developing Medical Textiles

OrganoClick AB has been granted funding of MSEK 1,2 from the Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems (VINNOVA) for a project developing novel textiles for the medical sector. The project will start in 2008 and continue for 17 months. As industrial partners to OrganoClick will be Almedahls Alingsås AB, a part of Borch Textile Group A/S, and the Danish company Kemotextil A/S. Almedahls Alingsås AB has a long experience from the textile industry, and are a big supplier of fabrics for the medical industry. Kemotextil A/S is specialized in treatment of textiles and has several productions facilities for textile treatment.
 
The two companies will be ideal partners to OrganoClick and will span knowledge within chemistry,
marketing and sales, and production.
