Auditor

The auditor is appointed at the Annual General Meeting to audit the Company’s financial reporting along with the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

At the 2024 Annual General Meeting BDO Mälardalen AB were elected as the company’s auditor, with authorized public accountant Emilie Sleth as auditor in charge and authorized public accountant Jörgen Lövgren, until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.

The auditor receives a fee for work done in accordance with the resolution at the AGM.
